I didn’t do a lot of crafting last weekend as I was busy with other things. Shopping, movies, lunch, cleaning, shoveling, and so on. I did find a bit of time to play along with the latest RetroSketches Challenge: #104.
I love these challenges when I’m in the mood for making a *simpler* card. This one has a bunch of layering but they are fun layers. I only used a few embellishments: green enamel dots, a very small piece of film strip ribbon, and a tiny staple.
I did add some extras to the gnome. He has a couple of layers, white freckles, and an enamel dot on his flower. Oh, and I used a Silver Copic Spica pen on his belt buckle for just a touch of shimmer. It doesn’t really show up in the pictures but it is there.
